JON BODELL / Insider staffDig Days II was held at the parking lot of the New Hampshire Division of Historical Resources building on Pillsbury Street last week. The site is where the Margaret Pillsbury General Hospital complex was located once upon a time. Dig Days II (the first was in 2014) took place right at the beginning of May
so Dig Days II was planned to fall right as one transitioned to the other. The two-day affair gave people the opportunity to come down and learn all about archaeology
as avid diggers scooped dirt in the hunt for cool
some curious civilians – showed up to dig their hearts out last Tuesday.
