Church supper

Grace Episcopal Church, 30 Eastman St., will hold its monthly supper on Friday, from 5 to 6 p.m.

The April supper features ham, mashed potatoes, vegetables and dessert.

There is no charge, but donations are welcome and help to support the church’s Take-A-Tote program that feeds Concord’s hungry school children.

 

Drama club

The Concord High School Drama Club will present a benefit performance of My Name is Asher Lev, on Tuesday, April 19 at 7 p.m. in the CHS Auditorium. Tickets are $10 and will be available at the door. The state champion drama club is raising funds to participate in the New England Drama Festival on April 20-22.

 

Artists’ legal series

McGowan Fine Art continues its series of informal seminars for artists focusing on legal issues on April 19 at 5:30 p.m. Kimberly Peaslee, Intellectual Property lawyer at Upton & Hatfield, will present on licensing/commercialization.

These are free and open to the public but seating is limited so we are asking that you RSVP to gallery@mcgowanfineart.com and put Artist’s Legal Series in the subject line. The presentation will last till 6:30 leaving participants extra time for questions. Nibblies and wine will be served.
