Bike fit lecture offered by GoodLife May 21

GoodLife Programs & Activities is hosting a free lecture titled Senior Wellness: BIKE FIT on May 21, from 10 to 11 a.m.

A properly fit bicycle adds enjoyment and safety to your riding experience. Bike set-up is dependent upon many factors, including type of bike and type of riding (i.e. commuting, racing, mountain biking etc). Investing time into proper bike set-up may help eliminate many preventable injuries.

This lecture, presented by Kim Sanders, a physical therapist, and Chris Hancewicz, Manager of Goodale’s Bike Shop in Concord, will review bike fit, seat selection, handlebar position, and leg position, and include an equipment demo.

Whether you are experienced or just starting out, come join this free informative presentation. Register by calling 228-6630 or emailing your name and phone number to register@GoodLifenh.org indicating you are interested in attending Bike Fit.
