A job well done – Tue, 04 Feb 2014

Here’s a little dose of summer camp to help you get through the winter, readers. Ryan Donnelly of Concord was honored at the end of last year in a special ceremony at Camp Spaulding to commemorate his achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. The community service project Ryan chose took place at Camp Spaulding, where he saw a need for a recycling system and set out to make it happen.  After planning and creating a miniature scale version to present to the Scout board for approval and additional months of building and installing, his project was completed. It should be noted, he also created a miniature scale version of the Insider, but it was too small for anyone to read any of the words. Ryan attends Concord High School and is president of the senior class.
