Project Homeless Connect is coming to the Green Street Community Center on Dec. 12 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Project Homeless Connect Day will provide a “one stop” access point to connect with services such as: medical/health care information and referrals; prescription financial information; haircuts; employment services; shelter and housing resources; mental health referrals; substance abuse referrals; domestic violence referrals; lunch and social services information.
