Lilise Designer Resale's ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening takes place at 10 a.m. on Oct. 6. Owner Ellen Lessard will be on hand to cut the ribbon with the help of Mayor Jim Bouley and fellow members of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce.
