Merrill Park was taken over in droves by the hungry pork-seeking folks. Almost 300 people attended the event.

Grace Episcopal Church threw its second annual Pork Fest Sunday afternoon in Merrill Park. It was a free fun-filled event (especially for pulled pork enthusiasts like the Insider). At the end of the day, about $1,500 was raised for the church's Take-A-Tote ministry, which provides lunches for hungry schoolchildren in the Concord area.
