The New Hampshire Writers' Project will hold four workshops in the upcoming months at Southern New Hampshire University, 2500 N. River Road, Manchester:
“Crafting the Modern Whodunnit” with Tom Eslick will be held on Wednesdays, May 20 through June 10, from 7 to 9 p.m. The cost is $175 for members, $200 for nonmembers.
“Write a Winning Screenplay” with Susan Kouguell will be held on Saturdays, May 30 through June 6, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The cost is $175 for members, $200 for nonmembers.
“Putting the 'I' into the 'Eye' of Creative Nonfiction” with Sandell Morse will be held on June 6, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The cost is $125 for members, $150 for nonmembers.
“Business of Writing Workshops” will be held on June 13, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Poet Martha Carlson-Bradley and Random House district sales manager Ann Kingman will each lead a half-day workshop on the business of writing. Carlson-Bradley will instruct participants on writing grant and fellowship applications in the morning, and Kingman will explore social media for writers in the afternoon. The cost is $65 per session for members, $80 for nonmembers. For both sessions the cost is $125 for members, $150 for nonmembers.
