Aspell reports that the recent warmer temperatures left the pond at White Park unskatable. While we don't remember breaking out the Bermuda shorts anytime recently, we're gonna take his word for it and wait for the okay to skate. Meanwhile, Aspell writes, crews have been flooding the rinks at White Park, Merrill Park and Rollins Park. So get those skates sharpened because it's almost time to slice the ice.
