Scavenger hunt answers

Congratulations to 14-year-old Elizabeth Donlon and Ethan Donlon, 10, for finding all of the answers in our July 6 scavenger hunt issue! Here’s what they found at the following sites:

– The “Where’s Waldo” graffiti is at Rollins Park on the bridge.
– The running trail sign is at White Park.
– The stairway to nowhere is at Garrison Park between pool and school.
– Cats aren’t allowed at the Rolfe Park in dugout, as the graffiti suggests.
– The fairy shrine is at Merrill Park near the tennis court under a bush (that one was super hard – way to get the extra credit, guys!)
– The tree stump is at West Street Playground near the fence.
– The giant octopus at Keach Park is on the Lego climbing wall.
– The granite hill is at Kimball Park near the pool.
– The “no golf” sign is at Thompson Park on the fence.
– The construction tool (which is called a “Danusa Digger”) is chained to the fence is at the Fletcher-Murphy Playground.

Elizabeth and Ethan won $15 to a downtown business of their choice, and a piece of Insider gear. Thanks to all who participated.
