Concord Regional VNA upcoming events

The Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association offers monthly walk-in immunization clinics for children and adults who are uninsured, underserved, and who have no access to these needed services in order to lead a healthy lifestyle. There will be clinics Jan. 7 from 1 to 3 p.m. and Jan. 15 from 2:30-4:30 p.m. Immunization clinics are at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Outreach Center, 21 Centre St. A fee of $10 is requested per person. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please bring an immunization record with you. For more information, call Concord Regional VNA at 224-4093 or 800-924-8620, ext. 5815.

Also, the Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association is holding the following free monthly walk-in blood pressure clinic: Jan. 4 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the West Street Ward House, 41 West St. Blood pressure screenings are a good way for inpiduals to track their blood pressure for upcoming visits to their physician. Also, the Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association is holding the following senior health clinics in January. All senior health clinic services are provided for a suggested donation of $10, however, services are provided regardless of a person’s ability to pay. Call 224-4093 or 800-924-8620, ext. 5815, for an appointment. January clinics will be: Jan. 3 at Horseshoe Pond, 9 a.m.-noon; Jan. 7 at Hodges behind Salisbury Green, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.; Jan. 9 at Friedman Court II, 9 a.m.-noon; Jan. 10 at St. Paul’s Outreach Center, 9 a.m.-noon; Jan. 16 at TLC Day Care, Loudon Road, 9 a.m.-noon; Jan. 16 at Centennial Senior Center, 1:30-4 p.m.; Jan. 17 at Horseshoe Pond, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.; Jan. 21 at Jensen’s Mobile Home Park, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and Jan. 24 at St. Paul’s Church Outreach Center, 9 a.m.-noon.
