The Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Greater Concord Citizen of the Year, an annual award which recognizes an individual who has made an exceptional contribution to the Greater Concord community.

The title of Citizen of the Year is given to honor someone who has made a lasting impact on the region, demonstrates exceptional leadership and integrity, and embodies the spirit of volunteerism. Nominees may be recognized for their professional achievements, volunteer service, civic involvement, or other meaningful efforts.

“The Citizen of the Year award is the Chamber’s highest honor,” explained President & CEO Bryanna Marceau. “We’ve had the privilege of recognizing many exceptional individuals over the years; we look forward to the community’s input and nominations for this year’s recipient.”

Community members and businesses are encouraged to nominate an individual who meets these criteria. The chosen recipient will be celebrated during the Chamber’s 107th Annual Meeting on Wednesday, November 4 at the Grappone Conference Center.

Nominations may be submitted through Friday, September 11. Nomination materials should include a biography describing the nominee’s accomplishments and a personal testimony of support for the candidate.
