Angela Finney, a recent retiree from Lincoln Financial Group, was presented with the 2013 Volunteer Hero Award yesterday at the 40th “Blessing of the Baskets” for the Holiday Food Basket Project at the New Hampshire National Guard Armory.
Gov. Hassan, Mayor Jim Bouley and Sen. Sylvia Larsen were all in attendance.
