Attention cinephiles: There is a special treat in store for you if you stop by Red River Theatres' record sale during Market Days. Aside from offerings of DVDs, VHS tapes and records (all graciously donated by the public), they are also selling off their entire inventory of movie posters. That's over 300 posters!
James Franco fans rejoice; since he starred in 90 percent of all movies released last year, you can be sure his mug will be well-represented.
The record sale is held annually as part of Market Days, with a different non-profit putting it on each year. This year, Red River Theatres will reap the benefits. The sale will take place on July 15 and 16 only, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the theater's screening room. So stop by and, as Red River volunteer Mike Hogan put it, “Take a trip through the musical past to the movie future.”
