I do not think all people over 60 are grumpy. I have met a lot of people over 60 and they are all nice and caring and sweet. Yes, some people of all ages are mean. There are some ladies that look about 60 and they just smile at me and sometimes even talk to me.

No way! Not everyone over 60 is grumpy. Younger people might think that they are grumpy because they act differently. People over 60 grew up differently than us so they might not agree with everything we do. I would say that they just have different backgrounds and opinions.

I do not think that all people 60 and older are grumpy. For example, my grandparents aren’t! I don’t think it is fair to say 60-year-olds are grumpy. Everyone has their off days, including them. Maybe you know of one or two grumpy people that are 60, but they probably have reason. You shouldn’t judge people just because of their age.

Of course not! TONS of people over 60 are really nice. I’m sure your grandma is over 60, and is the sweetest darn thing you ever did see! Am I right or am I right? (You know I am!) Although I don’t deny that some are grumpy, but it probably doesn’t have to do with their age. Those people have been grumpy all of their lives. A grumpy baby, a grumpy Tween, a grumpy adult and now a G.O.P. (Grumpy Old Person).

I think not all elders are grumpy. Some of them are because little kids do things that make them grumpy or they had a bad time when they were younger. I don’t really think we can judge people on how they act because they might be grumpy around you, not other people. Maybe you should look at yourself!

Of course not! I mean, some older people might be like that but most aren’t. I know lots of people over 60 who are REALLY NICE! In fact I don’t know anyone over 60 who isn’t nice. In my opinion, people become nicer as they grow older and become more mature. People may think that EVERYONE over 60 is mean but that’s not true at all. So like I said earlier, OF COURSE NOT!
