In this fourth installment of On The Beat, Officer Ryan Howe visits with the Concord city clerk's office to discuss dog registrations and then stops by the Concord SPCA to discuss what happens if your dog goes missing. He also sits down with Lt. Jay Brown to discuss the application and training process for those who want to become a police officer. The show premieres on Channel 17 May 2 at 6 p.m.
