HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Concord recognizes Wanda Miner as the hospital's employee of the year. Wanda is a rehab nursing tech, who has worked for HealthSouth since 2007. She was nominated by her co-workers because of her diligence and passion for providing exceptional patient care.
HealthSouth honors Wanda for her service as a member of the Falls Prevention Team and recognizes her achievements as a Blood Glucose Champion. These positions enable her to share her knowledge while educating staff and patients.
Wanda, who enjoys her work, says she believes patients deserve the best care possible, and she tries her best each day to deliver a higher quality of care. She is a resident of Center Barnstead, who loves to hike and spend time outdoors with her husband.
