Bow student to raise money for CHaD

Nearly every Saturday from June through September, visitors to Concord will find a cluster of artisans and artists in Bicentennial Square, displaying and selling their creations.

On Aug. 16, a Bow High School senior brings something extra special to the mix. Rebecca Rotman’s senior project tent will feature a community art project with a purpose. Rotman’s display will be comprised of artworks created by patients at Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth Hitchcock (CHaD). The pieces will be for sale, and the proceeds from those sales will be in turn, donated back to the hospital.

Concord Arts Market is a selective, outdoor, weekly market dedicated solely to artisan crafts and fine art. The Market season runs through the end of September (excluding Labor Day Weekend). Admission to the market is free. There is space available for artist and artisan vendors in select genres, as the market accepts applications on a rolling basis, January through September.
