Put on your dancin’ shoes and prepare to party when Nick’s Other Band returns to Henniker for an encore performance on Tuesday, September 1 at the Angela Robinson
Bandstand in Community Park.
Covering classic rock ‘ n roll tunes with tight harmonies and an irresistible bluesy style, Nick’s Other Band is Henniker’s all-time favorite local band. And, according to band
member Keith Barrett, Henniker is special to them as well.
Making them our most devoted community partner, this is the ninth year Henniker Family
Dentistry, a general dental practice with a strong focus on prevention, education and high-
quality care for families, has sponsored Nick’s Other Band at the end of our season . They always have something special planned for the concert and this year is no different. Stop by their table.
At tonight’s concert, you will have one of two chances to provide feedback on the Summer
Series. Be sure to fill out the audience survey handed out at the concert or go to our Facebook page and fill out an online survey of the shows you attended. Your feedback is instrumental in deciding the musical talent for next year. At next week’s bonus concert, there will be another opportunity to rate this summer’s series.
Grab your space in Community Park, put down your blanket or beach chairs and prepare for a lively evening in the good company of your friends, neighbors and loved ones. Park your vehicle in the Henniker Community Center lot and take the free shuttle to and from the concert. Bring a picnic supper or visit one of Henniker’s local establishments before or after the concert to complete the evening. Or, try some of the fare offered our evening’s featured food vendor, The Country Spirit.
The Henniker Summer Music Series is presented by the town of Henniker. Concerts take place at the Angela Robinson Bandstand in Community Park on Main Street beginning at 6 p.m. (in case of rain, the concert will be held upstairs at the adjacent Community Center).
