Q: What’s your favorite part of the work you do? My favorite part of working at Capital City Subaru is helping customers find the vehicle that truly fits their lifestyle and being part of that exciting moment when they drive it home. Just as rewarding is working alongside such a dedicated team who genuinely cares about creating a great experience and building long-term relationships in our community.

Q: What role do you envision your business playing in the community? At Capital City Subaru, we see our role in the community as more than just selling and servicing vehicles. We want to be a trusted partner and neighbor — supporting local causes, creating jobs, and giving back through sponsorships, volunteer efforts, and charitable initiatives. Our goal is to foster long-term relationships, not just with our customers, but with the entire community, by helping make Concord and the surrounding areas a better place to live, work, and drive.

Q: What does winning Top Cap mean to you? Winning Top Cap at Capital City Subaru means more than just recognition — it’s a reflection of our team’s hard work, commitment to excellence and dedication to our customers. It shows that we’re not only meeting but exceeding expectations, both in how we take care of our guests and how we work together as a team. For our business, it’s proof that when we focus on people first — our customers, our community, and our employees — success naturally follows.

Q: What’s something people might not know about you or your business? One thing many people in the community might not know about Capital City Subaru is how deeply we’re invested in giving back locally. Beyond selling and servicing vehicles, our team actively supports community programs, schools, and charities right here in the Concord area. For us, it’s not just about cars — it’s about building lasting relationships and making a positive impact where we live and work.
