Visitors to Brimfield North will have an extra reason to smile when Boston’s national award-winning musical ventriloquist Kevin Driscoll brings his strolling ventriloquist comedy to the huge crowds at the popular antique show, flea market and food truck festival on Saturday, October 3.
Driscoll will entertain visitors from noon until 2 p.m. at the Hopkinton State Fairgrounds, 392 Kearsarge Ave., Contoocook, adding spontaneous comedy, music and ventriloquism to a day already packed with shopping, food and family fun.
Rather than performing from a traditional stage, Driscoll will stroll throughout the event, interacting with shoppers, collectors, families and vendors while bringing his unique brand of musical ventriloquist comedy directly to the crowd.
“I love performing for people when they least expect it,” said Driscoll. “You never know who might become part of the show when a ventriloquist and his talking friends are strolling through a huge crowd!”
