On a warm May afternoon, something special will be blooming above Concord
Hospital: Not just flowers in a rooftop garden, but a sense of connection, purpose, and impact.
The Blooming Together for Health Care event, hosted by the Concord Hospital Trust Women’s Giving Circle, invites women from the community to gather on May 13 from 4-6:30 p.m. for a celebration that feels equal parts open house, garden party, and behind-the-scenes look at how philanthropy shapes local health care.
Set in the hospital’s Rooftop Healing Garden, the event offers more than just a scenic setting. It’s an opportunity to see firsthand how a group of engaged women is helping improve lives across the region. Guests will have the chance to explore programs funded by the Women’s Giving Circle, hear from those directly impacted, and tour The Family Place for a glimpse of how donor support translates into tangible improvements in patient and family care.
The Women’s Giving Circle itself is built on a simple but powerful idea: collective giving creates meaningful change. Members contribute annually, come together to learn about community health needs, and decide how to direct funding to programs that will have the greatest impact.
The result is a collaborative, community-driven approach to philanthropy. Blooming Together brings that mission to life in a way that feels approachable and inviting. It’s
a community gathering rooted in shared purpose, where neighbors come together to celebrate what’s possible when people invest in the health and well-being of those around them.
This event is free, but registration is required. Sign up at www.concordhospital.org/trust/.
