Donations needed for Storybook Tea Party

Seeking the following to help us with the Josiah Carpenter Library’s Storybook Tea Party preparations. Please call (603) 435-8406 or e-mail Melissa at mbabcock@pittsfieldnh.gov with any questions or if you are interested in donating: provide snacks

  • provide beverages
  • help prep crafts
  • plan and set up a backdrop/selfie station
  • provide monetary donation(s) for books for each participant
  • plan and provide items for themed table decor

Seeking recipes for community cookbook

The Friends of the Josiah Carpenter Library are excited to be collaborating with Victory Workers 4H Club and the South Pittsfield Community Club to put together a community cookbook.  We invite recipes from Pittsfield, surrounding towns, former residents, friends, and supporters – anyone with a connection to our community.

Submit your recipe by March 20. Please include your name and any brief notes or memories with your recipe.

Pittsfield Firefighters Association Spaghetti Supper 5-7 p.m. Saturday, March 7 at the Pittsfield Fire Station

Bring your family and friends for a great evening of food, fun, and community!ย Meet local firefighters and EMS professionals, check out the fire trucks and ambulances, and enjoy a delicious meal together.ย ย 

Supper includes: spaghetti, garlic bread, salad, dessert and a drink.
