‘Tis the season for giving thanks and spreading holiday cheer. This year, The Centennial Hotel is doing just that. The Centennial Hotel is offering complimentary guest rooms to the families of those hospitalized during the holidays. The hotel began doing so over Thanksgiving and will offer rooms again during Christmas from Dec. 24-26.
“During the holidays, no one should have to be alone,” said Nicolle Medina, general manager of The Centennial Hotel. “For those who can’t make it home for the holidays, we’ll help bring the love, warmth and spirit of home to them.”
Families of patients at Concord Hospital are invited to spend Christmas Eve and Christmas night free of charge at the hotel. Families may stay for one or two nights.
“The holiday season can be an incredibly challenging time, particularly when a cherished one is facing illness,” Medina said. “We are confident that our proximity will significantly reduce stress and allow our guests to truly enjoy the holiday.”
