Join Merrimack County Savings Bank (The Merrimack) in giving back this holiday season by donating to its Annual Mitten Tree Drive. Now through the end of the year, The Merrimack will be collecting new handmade or store-bought mittens, hats and scarves.
โWinters in New Hampshire can be rough, especially for our neighbors in need,โ said Linda Lorden, president of The Merrimack. โWhen you make a donation to our Mitten Tree Drive, youโre not only providing warmth โ youโre supporting local food pantries.โ
For every item collected, The Merrimack will donate $2.00 to be distributed among the following organizations:
- Bow Foodย Pantry
- Friends of Forgotten Children (Concord)
- Henniker Food Pantry
- Hopkinton Foodย Pantry
- Hooksett Foodย Pantry
- Nashua Soup Kitchen andย Shelter
- Shepardโs Pantry (Windham)
- Twin Rivers Food Pantry (Franklin)
Donations can be dropped off at any of The Merrimackโs nine locations. For a complete list of The Merrimackโs hours and locations, visit themerrimack.com/locations.
