Q: What’s your favorite part of the work you do? Being able to create wonderful food for people to enjoy, while allowing them to relax and forget about life for a bit. Every day is different, with new guests or challenges. To be able to work as a team to accomplish each dinner service. Each day or week, we get to work with different products, which forces us to be creative, which means I’ll never get bored!

Q: What role do you envision your business playing in the community? Supporting local agriculture while providing hospitality.

Q: What does winning Top Cap mean to you? It is our recognition for years of continued support from the local community. It means we will continue to operate a successful restaurant into the future.

Q: What’s something people might not know about you or your business? We have a motto that every day we should “make friends.” If we keep making friends, we will all be successful.
