Q: Whatโ€™s your favorite part of the work you do?ย What I love most is creating an experience for my clients. I never want it to feel like just another studio session or someone simply taking wedding photos โ€” I want every person to know their time with me matters, and that the experience is just as meaningful as the photos.

Q: What role do you envision your business playing in the community?ย Photos are just part of what I do โ€” the heart of it is people. I love celebrating your milestones, making fun themed sessions, teaming up with local businesses and giving back to the community I grew up in.

Q: What does winning Top Cap mean to you?ย This award means so much! With so many amazing businesses out there, being recognized is truly an honor. Photography is my passion, and I’m beyond grateful for the clients, family and community who support me. This recognition just pushes me to keep creating and having fun doing what I love.

Q: Whatโ€™s something people might not know about you or your business?ย I don’t just do weddings โ€” I also run a studio in my old elementary school. I photograph all kinds of sessions, but Christmas is my favorite! I turn the studio into a Christmas wonderland. (Yes, complete with me in an elf costume, for the kids, of course!) The best part is seeing the joy on people’s faces when they walk in.

Q: Anything else you want to share?ย Iโ€™m not perfect โ€” shocker, I know. Iโ€™m always working on improving my business while keeping it unique and personal. Photography has been part of my life for over 20 years, and itโ€™s something I truly love. On a more personal note, I have an amazing husband, an amazing adult daughter, two big dogs, a cat, and a bunch of chickens. I once promised myself Iโ€™d never be bored โ€” and so far, Iโ€™ve kept that promise.
