The Franklin Opera House has announced an exciting update to its upcoming season schedule. Due to a change in programming, Jud Caswell will take the stage on Saturday, September 13.
Jud Caswell is an award-winning songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Maine, known for his lyrical depth and engaging stage presence. With over 25 years of performance experience, Caswell has earned national acclaim, including winning the Kerrville New Folk Competition and having his songs taught at Berklee College of Music.
Caswell will present his acclaimedย Jim Croce Tribute, a heartfelt evening of storytelling and song featuring classics likeย โTime in a Bottleโย andย โBad, Bad Leroy Brown.โย With over 25 years of performance experience and accolades, including theย Kerrville New Folk Competition, Caswell brings a rich musical legacy to the Franklin stage.ย Take a nostalgic journey through these timeless classics. Enjoy this heartwarming tribute upstairs at Franklin Public Library, right next door to the Opera House, at 310 Central St., Franklin. ย General admission tickets are limited. Adults are $18. Seniors and students are $16 when purchased online.ย Tickets will be $20 at the door. Show begins at 7 p.m., with doors opening at 6:30 p.m.
