Share your best Concord eatery

We all know that Concord is home to some pretty great places to grab a bite to eat.

The list is too lengthy to spell out here, but we can only imagine that a bunch of local spots are streaming through your brain right about now – and that’s a good thing. Because on Nov. 1, the Food Network’s Alton Brown is coming to the Capitol Center for the Arts during his latest tour, Eat Your Science, and he’s looking for suggestions of where to get a meal.

It’s all part of AB Road Eats Fall 2017. Brown, who’s a pretty big deal in the food world (he is on TV after all), is touring the country and wants a little insight into the city he’s traveling to – through its food, of course.

He wants recommendations for the best eateries at each stop, and since Concord just so happens to be on the list, Brown wants to hear from you.

Here’s what Brown says on his website: “I have consumed more doughnuts, tacos and burgers than you could ever imagine, and . . . I’m back for more. Since all of your suggestions thus far have been so spot on, I’m bringing #ABRoadEats back yet again, as I am going on the last leg of my Eat Your Science tour this fall. For each city I’m scheduled to go to, I am seeking your native advice on where to get the best brewed coffee, casual lunches, and late-night grubbing spots for after the show.”

You can leave comments on his website, altonbrown.com/ab-road-eats-fall-2017-recommendations, or connect with him Facebook (facebook.com/ altonbrown) or Twitter (twitter.com/altonbrown).

All you have to do is make a recommendation using the appropriate hashtag, #ABRoadEatsCON, and maybe, just maybe you might see him out and about on Nov. 1.

Let’s show him how great Concord really is.
