It’s always nice to add a new piece to your collection of Patriots gear.

Whether it be a jersey, slippers or a hat, representing the home team with a fresh look shows a sign of fan investment – as does that ratty old sweatshirt you’ve worn every game day for the last decade.

But we all know that you can’t always afford to upgrade your Pats attire. That’s why we have some pretty great news to share: Capitol Craftsman & Romance Jewelers is offering anyone and everyone the chance to win a pair of New England Patriots watches – for free.

“Basically, we’re huge Pats fans,” said store manager Cheryl Scaramuzzi. “If the Pats are playing, it’s jerseys and jeans day.”

All you have to do is go to their Facebook page and click on the link to join the store’s mailing list. It requires a first name and email address; it’s really that easy.

“This is purely for fun,” Scaramuzzi said.

You don’t even have to promise to buy your wedding bands there.

They just wanted to share their enthusiasm for the Pats making it to the Super Bowl.

They’ve done a giveaway the last few years during the team’s playoff run and wanted to keep it going, especially with the locals in the big game for the seventh time in 16 years.

“I was going to do it for the playoffs, but I knew we were going to keep winning so I decided to wait for the Super Bowl,” Scaramuzzi said.

The winner will take home both the men’s and ladies watches, valued at a combined $290. With Valentine’s Day on the horizon, it might make a good early present.

Visit facebook.com/capitolcraftsmanromancejewelers to sign up. You have until Friday night to enter, but don’t wait till the last minute.

If you win, you’ll be notified by email and it will also be announced on Facebook, so you’ll be famous.

“You can sport your new watch on game day,” Scaramuzzi said.
