The Concord library just happens to be the best at adding new members during National Library Card Month (September). After dominating Hooksett in a challenge last year, CPL won a shiny new trophy this time around by handing out 357 cards and winning the Granite State Library Card Challenge, defeating Hooksett, Rogers Memorial Library (Hudson), Manchester, Brookline, Webster, Chesley Library (Northwood) and Pease Library (Plymouth).
