HRAGC monthly meeting set for Thursday morning

The members of the Human Resources Association of Greater Concord (HRAGC) will hold their monthly meeting at 7:45 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 19 in the Maine Room at 2 Delta Drive in Concord.

The program for this meeting, entitled “Convincing the C-Suite: The Effective Business Report,” will provide participants with a framework for identifying and designing creative, factual and data-driven reporting solutions for an organization’s executive team.

“The fast pace at which change occurs requires new and effective ways to aid in senior management’s decision-making processes,” says Dr. Maria Manus Painchaud, who will be the meeting’s speaker. “It’s not only crucial to focus on a business case,” she says, “but also on best practices for communicating information to senior management in an organized, succinct, and persuasive manner. There are a few very essential elements when communicating to the C-Suite, and this presentation will give attendees an important overview on what they are and how to use them.”

Painchaud is a management consultant and associate professor of organizational leadership in the School of Business at Southern New Hampshire University.

The meeting will also include updates highlighting current human resource and organizational legal issues.
