Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association is offering a free presentation “The Importance of Play as Adults” on Monday, Feb. 9, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at United Methodist Church of Penacook, Penacook Community Center Senior Program, 21 Merrimack St. in Penacook.
Many adults have the mindset that they are too old to play. Play can dramatically transform our personal health and our relationships.
