Team members performed the wheelbarrow, featuring a pair of jumpers in the middle, one of whom played the role of an actual wheelbarrow. He did so well that later in the show a couple of teachers tried to fill him with dirt and roll him to the garden (note: dramatization).

The Vernon Tornadoes jump rope team from Vernon, Vt., visited the Christa McAuliffe School on Thursday morning and proceeded to jump over ropes several hundred times. The team was made up of students in grades 4, 5 and 6 and dazzled with a variety of tricks and stunts.
