The New Hampshire Master Chorale will perform at the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center on Nov. 23 at 7 p.m.

Spectacular “Northern Lights” is the title for this phenomenal combination of music and astro photography.

The New Hampshire Master Chorale will bring music from the Baltic Region, including Norway, Estonia, and Latvia. With ethereal harmony and accompanying photographic imagery by New Hampshire artist Christopher Georgia, the experience will engulf your senses with swirling waves of tingling tonality and the mesmerizing iridescence of the Northern Lights.

The Master Chorale is joined in these performances by their chamber orchestra, as well as a tuned water glass ensemble comprised of singers and will also perform Nov. 24 at the Plymouth Congregational Church.

Each performance will have a preconcert talk with astro photographer Christopher Georgia.

The New Hampshire Master Chorale is a nonprofit choir established in the spring of 2003. This premier chamber ensemble is dedicated to excellence in the art of choral music performance. Members of the group are trained singers, auditioned from throughout New England, who have performed as soloists and in choral ensembles throughout the world.

The ensemble’s mission includes performance series in New England, educational outreach, national and international touring, commissioning and premiering of works by New Hampshire composers, recording, and collaborative projects with other excellent performing arts organizations.
