Bulletin Board: VNA offering eight-week grief support group

The Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association is offering Life After Loss, an eight-week adult grief support group on Wednesdays from 6 to 7:30 p.m. beginning Sept. 11 at Concord Regional VNA Hospice House, 240 Pleasant St. Trained grief facilitators provide an opportunity for grief support and education to participants who have suffered a recent loss.

The VNA is also offering a free presentation “Note to Self: I am in Control” as part of the Lunch and Learn Series on Sept. 12 from noon to 1 p.m. at Presidential Oaks, 200 Pleasant St.
