South Congregational Church (27 Pleasant St.) will be hosting a Vacation Bible School the week of June 24 to June 28 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for children in preschool through sixth grade. Saddle up your horses and get on over to “SonWest Roundup:  A Rip-Roaring Good Time with Jesus!” Out in the wide-open spaces, we’ll discover a colorful old town where all the excitement of the Wild West awaits.  There’ll be food, games, music, crafts and amazing stories.  The children will feel the breezes through the shady purple canyons as we head out through this bright wilderness – we will be traveling down the trail through the Old Testament stories of Moses to discover God’s ultimate plan of salvation in Jesus, because “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever”  (Hebrews 13:8).  The cost is $35 per child.  Please note: The preschool program will be held Wednesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to noon.  The cost for preschoolers is $15.  To sign up or for more information, please call the church office at 224-2521 or email Alison Nyhan at anyhan@southchurchconcord.org.
