Free dental services

On Jan. 18, Concord dentists will offer children from low-income families free dental services including dental examinations, cleanings, fluoride treatments and sealants as part of the annual “Give Kids a Smile” campaign. The New Hampshire Dental Society and the Northeast Delta Dental Foundation support this initiative in our state.

Since the foundation of Give Kids a Smile in 2003, more than 4.5 million children have received oral care from dental providers nationwide. This program, supported by the American Dental Association, is also part of National Children’s Dental Health Month in February.

In Concord, dentists will provide free dental services at NHTI, 31 College Drive. To learn more, about enrolling a child in a Give Kids a Smile clinic, parents should talk to their school nurse or office for more information.

The New Hampshire Dental Society is the professional association of dentists in New Hampshire. With more than 800 members, the association represents more than 84 percent of the practicing dentists in the state. To find a local dentist near you, please visit nhds.org or call 225-5961.
