New Hampshire's own Bikram Yoga Concord has announced a free day of yoga on May 14, in hopes to raise money and awareness benefiting CHaD, the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock-New Hampshire's only full-service comprehensive children's hospital. All are welcome to take a class and are encouraged to make a monetary donation or bring an item from CHaD's wish list which can be found on chadkids.org. Free classes will be held at 9 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m., and 4:30 p.m. at the Concord studio, which is located at 254 N. State St. in the Smokestack Center. Students new to the studio should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance, wear light, comfortable clothing, and bring a towel and water.
