In a remarkable achievement that puts New Hampshire on the map in the automotive world, Capital City Subaru has been ranked #1 in the entire country for Net Promoter Score in service for 2025. Out of more than 650 Subaru dealerships across the United States, the Concord-based store delivered the highest customer satisfaction scores following every service appointment — an honor that reflects not just great cars, but an extraordinary team committed to treating every customer like family.

The Net Promoter Score survey, sent by Subaru of America to every service customer, asks one simple but powerful question: how likely are you to recommend us to a friend or family
member? Scores of 9 or 10 are considered “promoters,” and only the very best dealerships rise to the top.

For Capital City Subaru’s Fixed Operations Director Mike Stockwell, a 20-year veteran technician himself, earning the national crown feels especially meaningful.

“It starts with our technicians,” he said. “I was one of them for over two decades, so I
