The Concord Public Library spring hours are effective May 2 through June 26. Main branch hours are: Mondays and Tuesdays 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Wednesdays and Fridays 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Thursdays 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturdays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Closed on Sundays. Laugh in the face of danger at the library
