We're drooling just thinking about it

For the second year in a row, The Common Man family of restaurants has teamed up with the Girl Scouts to create a luscious dessert mixing a popular Girl Scout cookie with the famous homemade ice cream of The Common Man.

Lemon Chalet Swirl ice cream, made with the Girl Scouts' Lemon Chalet Creme cookie, homemade Common Man vanilla ice cream and a lemon swirl, is now available at all 14 Common Man family restaurants, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains.

Reminiscent of a lemon creamsicle, the vanilla ice cream has a refreshingly tart lemon-cream swirl with Lemon Chalet Creme cookies adding a delightful crunch and a hint of cinnamon and ginger.

Like Girl Scout Cookies, availability of this special treat is short-lived, so get in to the Common Man's family of restaurants across New Hampshire before March 31. One dollar from every dish of Lemon Chalet Swirl ice cream ordered goes to Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains.

This creative collaboration between Girl Scouts and The Common Man is a natural, because community service is one of the foundations of The Common Man philosophy, and Girl Scout Cookies are great cookies for a great cause. Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains, serving New Hampshire and Vermont, is supported by 6,200 trained and dedicated volunteers. Each year, our 16,000 Girl Scouts do thousands of hours of service projects as part of the council's mission to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.
