I love your paper. I was happy to see the article on the witch’s broom I always wondered about that. Also, happy anniversary.
My question is, whether a Christmas Tree Shop is going in at the old Walmart in Hooksett. Have you heard anything on this? I hope it’s true – we need one here.

We heard the same rumor, and agree that a Christmas Tree Shop would be quite nice here. Really, who doesn’t like cheap stuff?
Unfortunately, it looks like that rumor isn’t actually true. Though the Christmas Tree Shop is opening stores in other areas of the country, it is not currently expanding in our neck of the woods, according to its sales department.
If you decide to get a petition going for a Hooksett (or even Concord!) location, we’ll totally sign.
