Tips for our perfect basket

With the Easter bunny’s arrival just a few short days away, we thought it would be a good idea to give him (or her) a few ideas for our basket.

We do it for Santa Claus, so why can’t the old floppy-eared bunny take a couple hints to make our Easter morning the best one ever? Remember people, never underestimate the power of suggestion. Take it from us, it can go a long way to getting what you want. How do you think we get our way around the office all the time? (We’re kidding. We don’t.)

Don’t get us wrong, we love candy. Who doesn’t? And we expect to find quite a bit of it in our new basket that takes up half the Insider cubicle, but finding a few extra items in the basket would be pretty fun. Hopefully, like these things:

∎ A one-year subscription to Bunny Monthly Magazine.

∎ An Easter Bunny bobblehead.

∎ A bobblehead of the Easter Bunny bobblehead.

∎ A restraining order against Peeps and all Peeps products.

∎ One last package of Peeps.

∎ Two tickets to Bunnies on Ice.

∎ Skates to take part in Bunnies on Ice.

∎ A voucher for ice skating lessons.

∎ A fully cooked Easter dinner with two homemade pies. What, there are two of us.

∎ A lifetime supply of plastic Easter eggs. And Cadbury Eggs. And Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs. And eggs.

∎ A couple hundred yards of that fake grass. We love the smell of freshly-cut ribbons of highly-processed, plastic blades of grass-type material.
