As for the immediate future, the focus is on the March 3 grand opening and a potential soft opening prior to that. But for most of those involved the adventure has already been something of a dream come true.

"It's like, 'If you build it, they will come, let's make our dream,' " Sirrelli said. "I wanted to do something bigger than myself. You strive harder when it's something that belongs to you."
