Lighten up and laugh with Loretta LaRoche

After four years, Loretta LaRoche is returning to Concord for her latest show, “Lighten Up!” Loretta will be performing at the Capitol Center for the Arts, 44 S. Main St., on Oct. 30 at 8 p.m.

Loretta is returning, hot off of her PBS show taping, with cutting-edge information that audiences of any age will want to incorporate into their life. With her contemporary wit and a hearty dose of old-world wisdom, Loretta brings a breath of fresh air for everyone who's suffocating in the techno crazed, germ-phobic, “go-go-go” world.

Loretta's latest show will cover new ways to enhance ones lives, relationships and health. By learning the language of optimism, humor and resiliency, Loretta teaches you how to become more available to the things you want to do.

In addition to her “Lighten Up!” performance, Loretta's new book, “Lighten Up! The Authentic and Fun Way to Lose Your Weight and Your Worries” is on sale now. In this humorous book, Loretta cuts through the nonsense, disclosing the wisdom she's accumulated from “having gained and lost a tribe of people.” She shares her expertise as an international stress consultant, former aerobics instructor and owner of a wellness center.
