If you are uninsured or under-insured, you may want to know about the best way to sign up for an affordable, quality health plan. We would be happy to help!
Stop by the Smile Building, 49 S. Main St., on Feb. 7, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and have your questions answered by certified assisters from the Merrimack County Health Insurance Assister Alliance (Bi-State Primary Care Association, Concord Hospital, Foundation for Health Communities and Service Link), and begin exploring your options for affordable, quality health plans through Healthcare.gov.
You will have the opportunity to receive one-on-one, in-person assistance from trained professionals who can help you find and explore your options and sign up for a health plan that fits your needs and your budget.
