Bulletin Board: Sept. 28 concert to benefit Wounded Warriors

Rock The Regiment, a non-profit rock music concert to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project, is scheduled for Sept. 28 at Tandy’s Top Shelf. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., show starts at 7:30 p.m. Rock the Regiment will feature area bands Hanging Scarlet, A Simple Complex and featured special guest Charlie Farren in a joint effort to raise funds to support the Wounded Warrior Project, which provides vital services to returning service members and their families.

Tickets for Rock the Regiment are on sale now at Tandy’s Top Shelf at 934-1901 or online at rocktheregiment.webs.com. All profits will go directly to the Wounded Warrior Project.

Wounded Warrior Project is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to honor and empower wounded warriors. Thousands of wounded warriors and caregivers receive support each year through WWP programs and services designed to nurture the mind and body, and encourage economic empowerment and engagement.
