AARP to help with tax preparation and filing

The AARP Foundation’s Tax-Aide program offers free tax preparation and e-filing to low and moderate income taxpayers of all ages. Your tax return will be prepared by an IRS-certified Tax-Aide volunteer. You do not need to be an AARP member to schedule an appointment.

Simply dial 2-1-1 to make an appointment, or schedule your own appointment online at nhtaxhelp.org at one of the following locations: Center for Health Promotion, 49 S. Main St.; Centennial Senior Center, 254 N. State St.; NH Federal Credit Union, 70 Airport Road; White Rock Community, 6 Bow Center Road.

Tax-Aide sites also are located at Foss Memorial Library in Barnstead, the Epsom Public Library, the Hopkinton Town Library and the Plymouth Senior Center. Appointments at these locations also may be made by dialing 2-1-1 or by visiting nhtaxhelp.org.
