Plan for Making Strides at Happy Hours for Hope on Thursday

Come be inspired, informed and motivated to be part of the extraordinary community energy that is Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Concord.

Business and community leaders, team leaders, volunteers and anyone interested in the American Cancer Society’s No. 1 per-capita Making Strides event in the United States are welcome at Thursday’s Happy Hours for Hope at Phenix Hall.

Experience the joy of being engaged with your community in a meaningful way, to support the American Cancer Society and all those we know personally that are affected by cancer.

Inspiration, appetizers, libations and music will be part of this special evening.

This is a unique opportunity to see the historic Phenix Hall, originally built in 1855, where Abe Lincoln and Theodore Roosevelt once spoke! Quite an appropriate location for an American Cancer Society event, one of the oldest and largest volunteer health care organization in the country.

This event is free, yet advance tickets are required. Space is limited.

Leave your checkbook at home – this is not a fundraiser.

The event is Thursday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

For tickets, visit eventbrite.com and search Happy Hours for Hope.
